Chairperson of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman hopes that the Ukrainian Parliament would find its political will to hold and continue internal reforms to facilitate the quality of the Ukrainian parliamentarianism.

Groysman told this to the press during his working visit to Ivano-Frankivsk region on Wednesday.

He reminded that the reformation of the Parliament was conducted under the Memo on mutual understanding between the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the European Parliament signed on July 3, 2015. He also reminded that the draft reform was to be presented in January 2016.

"The Verkhovna Rada Secretariat will become quality, transparent service for the people's deputies," Groysman said. He added there would be "absolutely open" e-Parliament, new procedures of elaboration and adoption of laws, new procedures of their discussion and voting, new Regulations, which will be fully in line with the European experience and standards.

"That will allow us to do our best to make the Ukrainian Parliament more responsible, more restructured, to make the responsibility personified," Groysman said. He also said it was necessary to create absolutely new opportunity for communication between factions, coalition and opposition.
